LC2 Ex-works Martini Racing Lancia
LC2 ran in 1984 and was driven by some of the top drivers of the period such as
Riccardo Patrese, Bob Wollek, Mauro Baldi, Paulo Barilla and Hans Heyer. Raced
in WSC Series in 1984 by Baldi/Barilla and in 1985 by Patrese, finishing 1st at
Spa. This Dallara designed car is fitted with the full 3 litre Ferrari V8
turbocharged engine introduced at Le Mans in 1984 producing in excess of
800bhp. Patrese reputedly ran in qualifying in high boost form to achieve up to
900bhp! |
